Returns And Refunds

Linen Styles May Vary

The styles of fabric for napkins and tablecloths may vary due to availability or product redesign. This is a rare occurrence and we strive to stay as close to the original style as possible.

Backorders

We work hard to keep our Web site up-to-date so if a particular product is unavailable at the time you place your order, one of our customer service personnel will contact you to let you know when that product will be back in stock. We will also give you information on similar products, styles, and colors that are available.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of your cart/order.  Our standard shipping is FedEx or UPS Ground depending on the established shipping contracts of each manufacturer/distributor.  2-Day Air and 3-Day Air options are available but with increases in price.  Shipments are made within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.  All orders are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer's warehouses that are located on both the east and west coasts of the United States.
